Business Problem

Customer is one of the industry leader in providing software solutions for Auto Insurance providers(TPA). However customer did not had any product in their suite which an Auto Insurance buyer can use for claim management. So TPA was not able to provide any online portal to either insurance buyer or lean holders which can give them full progress of claim management.

Solution Recommended

Looking at the requirements where client wanted some web presence and also a portal like app, we suggested them to use Web Application with backend API. As this Web App has potential to become an Mobile App in future but as it may not require native Mobile Platform features we have selected Angular 6 as primary UI so that in case of future Mobile App requirement we can reuse existing Web App like Progressive Web App or WebView based Mobile Application.

Here Backend API is from an existing enterprise application.
